Which date would the reminder track?
The deadline to give notice, not just the renewal date. In the example, a December 1 renewal with a 60-day notice period points to October 2. You would review the actual terms and confirm the deadline before setting reminders.
Who is responsible for the decision?
The proposed workflow assigns an owner to each agreement and keeps the contract beside the reminder. It helps that person decide; it does not automatically cancel or renegotiate contracts.
What will it cost, and when will it launch?
